This project was a new Farmhouse which was made to look like an old Farmhouse by using rural materials (timber/flint/local brick) and was based around a courtyard and then split into 3 properties with landscaped grounds and adjacent wild flower meadow. The accommodation is all on one floor and centers around a large, open plan living/dining room and kitchen with bi-folding doors, underfloor heating, floor to ceiling windows and additional mezzanine above built into the vaulted barn like ceiling.
